“In 2023, Extended Hands and Helping Our Homies partnered for the first time, and it was a truly transformative experience. The compassionate team at Extended Hands had a mission: to provide a hot meal for the unsheltered and equip them with survival backpacks filled with essential items for those living outside. That day, we connected with over 20 individuals—lives forever changed by the love, kindness, and unwavering support of the Extended Hands Ministry.
Helping Our Homies was also honored to receive a generous donation from the golf outing organized by Extended Hands. But their dedication didn’t stop there. During the Point-in-Time Count, they once again showed up and showed out—delivering over 30 bags packed with much-needed supplies for the unsheltered community.
